So I drank the kool-aid and I joined Crossfit about 6 months ago...I have enjoyed every moment of it and I am so happy where I am now in strength and love how my body has transformed. It has definitely tested my limits! I have lifted weight I thought I never would and I have attempted to lift weight I didn’t think I would and have failed 😜 But in all I love the environment and the friends I have made ♥️ That last video tho😅
