Signature Chicken Broth Ramen with Slow Cooked Chicken and Pork ($98) This Ramen is 10/10 for sure and I would love to go again and again. Kane Tsuru specialises in chicken broth ramen/tsukemen as well as their eel rice. The chicken broth is thick and flavourful and it was sooo delicious. The best thing about this was definitely the slow cooked chicken. I don’t think I’ve ever had such tender chicken before. Also, the restaurant prides themselves in using water from the US as a means of quality control! It’s an amazing and comfortable place to enjoy delicious ramen!
