To juice or not to juice that is the questionğŸŠğŸğŸ¥•ğŸ¥¦ğŸ So do we here at JW Force drink a lot of juice, no not really. Should we? Let’s find out. 
We love vegetables and eat a hell lot. But some people struggles to eat all the 6 recommended pieces a day, so can we switch it with the ‘easy to drink’ juice? 
The benefits of drinking juice is that you get all the good vitamins and minerals from the fresh fruit and vegetables. It’s a very concentrated way to boost your body with good vitamins. Beside that it is easy for your body to digest. 
But but but.. juicing have some cons you need to keep in mind. So the fact is that when you juice you basically throw out all pulp, peel ect and that’s where you find all the fibers. Fibers are slow to digest, which means it will keep you full for longer. Fibers also helps us control our weight and lower the risk of chronic diseases. 
We need 25-35 grams of fibers everyday so don’t throw them into the bin. 
When you juice it’s better to go for a lot of vegetables and a little less fruit since the fruit do contain a large amount of fruit sugar (better than refined sugar, but sugar is sugar). Think about it, you probably grab one orange and eats it (with pulp stuffed with fibers), but when you have a glass of juice it takes multiple oranges to make just one glass. 
Enjoy your juices occasionally but first of all snack on all the lovely fresh fruit and veggies as they are💋
