There’s nothing like being 100% present and just enjoy special moments that’ll be cherished memories like These soft bake pumpkin spice spin off of my classic chocolate chip cookies, which were the BIGGEST hit at Thanksgiving I just had to post a pic of them and share the recipe! ENJOY 🍪🍪 ▪️Ingredients
1/2 c vegan butter softened
1/2 c pumpkin puree
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/4 c non-dairy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 c all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking SODA
1 tsp of pumpkin spice.
pinch of salt
