A fairly easy HITT workout! Specially with thanksgiving tomorrow, I had to HITT the gym (get it). I did this three times and was exhausted by the end. ————————————————————————-- Weights step ups both legs (30s)
- Weighted jump squats (30s)
- Push ups (30s)
- Jump toe touches (30s)
- 1 min rest and repeat
To make it easier take the weights out and for the push ups go to your knees.
