Getting into the holiday season with this delish pumpkin spice oatmeal 🤤 so yummy & comforting. Happy Monday!✨ Yay for a short week🙌🏼

▫️1 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cashew Milk (@lovemysilk)
▫️1/2 cup Rolled Oats (@bobsredmill)
▫️2 tbsp Pumpkin Purée
▫️1 tbsp Chia Seeds
▫️3 tbsp Honey
▫️1/4 tsp Cinnamon
▫️1/4 tsp Nutmeg
▫️1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Start off by bringing 1 cup of the cashew milk to a boil. Once boiling, add in the rolled oats & the chia seeds. Make sure to stir quickly & frequently.
Once thick & creamy, add in the cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, & honey. I also added in another 1/4 cup of nut milk. Stir until thick.
Serve & top with some vanilla Greek Yogurt (@siggisdairy), pecans, walnuts & some cashew butter (@justins).
