SAY WHAT ABOUT EATING BREAKFAST?!?
You actually don’t have to commit to eating it or not.
You can do what feels best for you on that particular day you just need to learn how it effects you.

On days off I usually sip coffee for a few hours before I feel like eating. On mornings I have to get up at 5 AM to train clients I usually eat a small breakfast because I know if I don’t, my next meal will not be until 10 or 11 and that is just too long for me personally to wait to have a meal.

If I know I’m going to be working out within a couple hours of waking I will split my breakfast in 2 small  breakfasts, one prior to my workout and one after.

How do you know what works for you? You practice. You experiment. You see how you feel if you skip it. Did you end up snacking more throughout the day? Do you feel better? Does it support you toward your goals?

It may take a few mess ups to find the way that works for you but that is better than blindly following a meal plan or diet being told what to do. The ease of eating can be earned, you just have to start paying attention to you.
