Anyone else just realize Thanksgiving is NEXT week?? Anyone? Just me? Fair enough. Well, last night I started gathering recipes to make a plan for 🦃 day. While I might not be sure about when Thanksgiving is, what I do know is that we will be having my pumpkin tart with a shortbread crust. Not a huge fan of really sweet pies, this dessert is perfect. The thin, creamy layer of pumpkin sits atop a salty shortbread crust. The result is salty sweet perfection! What are your Thanksgiving plans?
