When doing leg extensions donβt dorsiflex your foot, try to keep it relaxed. When we dorsiflex or bend tip of toes towards the ceiling we activate our anterior tibialis therefore taking away from our main focus, the #quads
Do a few reps w the foot dorsiflexed and than do some relaxed, you should feel a change in your quads, for the good π₯π₯ lol!
