You don’t inspire people by being perfect, you inspire them by showing them how you deal with imperfections. The last few weeks have been... less than on point. To be completely honest, I’ve let some old habits creep back in. Guess what, THAT’S LIFE! I don’t know anyone who is 💯 all the time. Good thing that’s not my goal. I strive to make healthy habits, that last. After all, it’s a lifestyle, not a diet. So, how am I dealing?  I’m going revaluate what I’ve been slacking on, figure out the triggers that have me reaching for unhealthy habits, make a plan that’ll get me back on track and keep pushing forward! It helps that I have a group of peeps, who have goals similar to mine, keeping me accountable! You should give it a try!
