M’n eerste workout! 
Was super ongemakkelijk in het begin maar gelukkig interesseerde het niemand en werd ik niet raar aangekeken 😂 
ik kon helaas maar 4 oefeningen filmen omdat m’n opslag vol was 🙄

Hieronder de workout —> 1. Hip thrusts 4x 12
2. RDL’s met barbell 4x12
3. Cable kickbacks 12, 12, dropset 10 met 5 reps
4. Omgekeerde frog pumps (?) 3x20
5. Romanian chair 14, 12, 12
6. Lying hamstring curls met dumbell 4x12
7. Superset side walks met hip abductions 3x 12

It was super uncomfortable in the beginning but luckily nobody was interested and no one was looking 😂

Unfortunately I could only film 4 exercises because my storage was full 🙄
