LOVE your spouse more than you love your career, hobbies, and money. That stuff can’t LOVE you back❤️ . So thankful that God chose him for me. I believe everything happens for a reason. Moving to South Carolina when I was 19 for the summer with less than $200 and making it work when my parents thought I was crazy. I found a job, a condo, and had the most amazing summer, saved over $2K (a lot of money in 2000 at 19😜)after a fun summer and paying bills. . The next summer, my adventure would take me to Southern California where I had the adventure of a lifetime with some of my besties from KY. I was living my best life. . Then let’s fast forward to my last semester of college. My internship semester. I had 4 offers for internships...doesn’t sound like a big deal, but when I share with colleagues that Stanford University and the University of Florida offered me internships as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and I didn’t choose either 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. . Instead I went to Northern Virginia, wasn’t the best internship offer, but it lead me to meeting one of my best friends @shanadbecerra and I believe it was all part of HIS plan to meet this man. . I came back to KY that summer to graduate and planned to just stay the summer and was going to move back to NOVA. That’s when I met my now husband. . Never in a million years did I ever think I would marry a military man and move to Germany, but that’s exactly what happened. . I believe those adventures in college were preparing me for the biggest adventure yet❤️ .
