This morning I was trying a very simple recipe I’ve come across at @nadiashealthykitchen with dates and tahini. But my small food processor wouldn’t chop dried dates. So I ended up having dates soaked with tahini and cooked some kind of cake 😀
Ingredients:
Dates
Tahini
Little bit oat milk
2 bananas
1 egg
2 tbs peanut butter
Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
Baking powder

I wasn’t sure what I should expect but came out quite well. No refined sugar added, no maple syrup, no coconut oil, no flour. Great snack and as always, consume in moderation! 😀
