Day 309 of 365 - Today’s been a lush Monday 🤗 spent time with my mama - went to watch Bohemian Rapsody 🙌🏻 absolutely amazing, a must watch if you grew up with Queen mad parents 😂.
THEN I hit legs and booty. (had to cover my sweaty moon face👀) Safe to say my strength is almost back to where it was, so this off season is going to be a good one... My legs are my weakness so I need to hammer the buggers to move onto bigger & better things when the time comes 👀
