Last year in Kenya we opened our dry mill, Kahawa Bora, in Thika, an area north of Nairobi. “Kahawa Bora” is Swahili and translates to “excellent coffee.” Investing in a dry mill has allowed us to delve deeper into the small estate sector in Kenya and to focus on becoming a service provider and micro mill for small growers. Kenya main-crop harvest is right around the corner and we will be providing updates in real time in the excellent coffee we are sourcing, milling, and offering in spring of 2019. Stay tuned!
