He wanted to walk our usual route and look for all the houses with spiders and skeletons. He insisted on bringing the bat, and then when we were almost home, he asked if we could play in the leaves. So, we were those goofballs throwing leaves and then laying in the middle of the sidewalk to look up at that beautiful orange tree. 🍂 •
