Good morning people!
I’d like to announce right away that a new section of group classes just opened for LFacting (check link at bio). I strongly desire to teach and organize performance classes and artistic acts everywhere around Los Angeles, Greece, Europe, the US and the World.
The workshop I intend to do is an exercise about freedom of expression and an attempt to apply musicality on speech and communication, in order for expression to become a game and communication to become joy, like an investment to building relationships (also check the “Reverse Dramaturgy” paragraph at Teaching Philosophy on LFacting.com). We will invest to stories that ask for storytellers - both the performer and the audience will be the storytellers.
Expression owes to be nurtured with truth and freedom, from the moment one starts to learn how to write and read, in order for one to be ready to welcome social syndromes with love and compassion and no fear.
These workshops gear towards directors, theatrologists, school teachers, basketball coaches, coaches of all sports, prison officers, youth leaders, tutors in orphanages and rehabilitation centers and so on.
The class will take place in three stages.
Stage One:
Young children 7-12 years old will be the students and all the above tutors and teachers will be the audience and assistants of the class.
Stage Two:
The audience-assistants will become the students of the class.
Stage Three:
The students will become the Teachers and I will be their assistant.
More than ever, I’m open to collaborate with foundations, universities, drama schools, art schools, football clubs, basketball teams and all sports teams, rehabilitation centers, orphanages, prisons, monasteries, conservatories, theatre organizations and so on.
