Slash made this amazing cult horror poster for me, but doesn’t know how accurate it really is, because half the time, we come to our matts to escape emotional/physical pain. ⠀

Triangle is amazing for both, as a standing pose it opens the hip flexors and abductor muscles (which can cause a tight lower back) whilst the chest opener opens and heals the heart and throat chakra 💖 whatever the reason for your practise, this pose is a wonderful addition to your asana! ⠀
