#throwback Spartan Race Misano Sep. 2018⠀

I have to say, to be honest, that I came to the race day with a routine of 10-12 km runs, with an overall strength worked with Olympic weightlifting⠀
 and functional training, but did not give much focus on some possible difficult obstacles such as the monkey bar, the rotating monkey bar ( Idk the actual name..). I got there with the focus on proving to myself that with the right mindset anything can be achieved.. and, what can I say, this photo shares the results of my challenge. I made it to the finish line, not the best time ever.. but made it and had fun during the race!
