Bean to Bar is the process in which a sole manufacturer oversees the entire supply chain of a chocolate bar. There shouldn’t be any third parties involved to assure the highest quality of the bar and be certified as a bean to bar producer. 
A Bean to Bar product should only contain cocoa and sugar in its core, if any other product such as milk or soy lecithin are used then it turns into a commercial chocolate bar.
