Yesterday was the first time since my baby was born (over 17 months ago) that I did something completely for myself. .
It felt good! I filled up my cup again (which has been pretty empty this week), learned amazing new things, met new people and shared in a wonderful community of people on their own journeys. .
Words can not express how grateful I truly am ❤❤ .
