Ingredients
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
500g Hokkaido pumpkin 🎃
1 potato
500 ml broth
100 ml heavy cream
1/2 Apple (dice very small and put in 5 min before serving.) Season with salt, black pepper, curry, chilly and ginger.
Garnish with pumpkin oil, cream, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper and Chia seeds
For the bread, cut out a pumpkin from a tortilla, spread a little bit of the soup on there and then roast it for a few min on 200°C. Be careful not to burn it.
