From 2014 - This summer - Today. I have always loved fitness it has always been such a passion of mine, but it was always just sports never weight lifting until last year. In the last year I have taken on weight lifting and eating properly with proper portions, working out as often as I possibly can and taking care of my mental health. As my mental health has taken a slide in the last year I’m currently working on build it up & stronger along with my body! 🌿
