Is anyone else not a fan of the cold weather?! ❄️ It’s not even winter yet and I am freezingggg with this colder weather. I’ve been wearing sweatshirts to help keep my body warm in the gym. Make sure to warm up before your workouts to get some blood flowing! ⠀

4 sets 10-12 reps
⠀1️⃣ Smith machine jump squats wide to narrow
⠀2️⃣ Smith machine lunges
⠀3️⃣ Dumbbell single leg deadlift (you can hold on to something to help you balance) -superset with Dumbbell Sumo Squats
⠀4️⃣ Barbell Hip Thrusts
⠀5️⃣ Abductor machine (pause for 2 seconds each rep for more of a burn)
