#SWNT#special #SPR Wednesday Night Training last night, since we had international coach and 7x masters world championship winning triathlete and international coach @miketrees.nrg where #SPR#learn warm up technic before speedwork training, lots of move that we still need to practise in order to perform better and have good balancing and flexibility. But it good tough we start training from now to make us running in good form and more efficient.
