Which look do you prefer? .

Four months separate both pictures.
The one in the left was in April and the other one in August. Although they look almost the same in April I was a lot more shredded. I did 14 weeks prep very strict diet, 2 cardio a day! The one in the right I prep for 8 weeks, diet was more flexible and I did only 1 cardio a day 30 to 40 min.
With all that the difference on my weight was only 2 pounds. I was 126 in the left and 128 in the right.
In April my feedback was that I was too shredded and needed to come a little be fuller, my coach @n8fitness and I worked together and did all we could to present the look that the judges wanted. Unfortunately it wasn’t good enough but it’s ok. I’m still winning in many other ways. .

The effort I have put into myself this entire year just make me so proud.
Enjoying every day of this off season like a piece of cake, and very excited to see the whole new package I will bring to the @wbff_official stage in 2019. ❤️✨
