Spot reducing body fat ❌

My quads were stubborn little buggers during prep. The rest of my physique was pretty much stage ready a good 4-5 weeks prior to my competition, my legs however took far longer to come in and were still a bit behind in leanness on show day.

The point I’m making here is you can’t just choose where you lose body fat.

Some body parts will get leaner before others, that’s just the way it goes.

You just have to continue getting leaner all over until you’re happy with every body part. This means remaining in a deficit until those stubborn areas eventually come in.

I know, it sucks to hear this doesn’t it, but it’s better to know the truth instead of wasting your time trying to spot reduce body fat by doing 1000 sit ups a day!?

Just keep digging away with your diet and training and it will be worth it when you see new lines and detail appearing.
