Ok, so before I go off and ask ‘what are you willing to give up’, let’s just pretend you CAN’T give up anything.  Then the answer would be, not to add more time, because that’s physically impossible, but saying YES to using your time more efficiently which ultimately adds more time!🤩 -
🤙🏾YES you can workout 25-45 minutes a day and not take away from your todo list

I’ve learned, as a momma of 6, (my oldest is 25), that it’s about working smarter not harder. I still have to re-evaluate and re-adjust at times but for the most part, change is routine for me. It’s the mindset of adapting to being flexible. 😘
