A few months ago I suffered something which could have only been (after much considering) a psychic attack. Once I realized what was going on and got down to doing my research, I also understood I was completely defenseless against this kind of energy. Nevertheless, I fought my way out of it and managed to get up straight again, and one of the first things I did immediately after was to get a bracelet of black tourmaline beads which I now wear at all times.
