Never Last Forever.... .
It’s been very long time since I’ve been going through hard times. The hardest days are when it’s about you health which I’ve been struggling with for ages !
We are all gym freaks who train with no limits , and push ourselves to the limits !! And that’s exactly what I did... I have to admit it, the feeling of training hard, the adrenaline , the aches, the pump, pushing to the limits , I loved it! I think that’s obvious. I loved it pushing myself above and beyond my limits ... until the day I crossed the line , that day was the worse day of my life. The day I had to stop training and go about my day to day life. I’ve spent days , weeks , months dying in pain and agony in hospital!
I know the brightest days will come in their own time but I need to be patient and calm and just wait! . .
