Fresh Start Fresh Fall “Clean” Soup - Autumn is hands down my favorite season, the air is crisp, the leaves turn into gorgeous shades of red, burnt orange and yellow and on cooler nights we can light a fire, my favorite recipes that I tend to make over and over again r slow cooking stews, soups and roasted chicken preferably. 
My Carrot Leek Spinach Feta Sausage Soup takes minutes and is better the next day.  If ur trying to loose weight or make more healthier eating options I found “clean soups” work best.  Simply said, this Soup is made from strictly whole fresh ingredients, no sodium, no pre-made stock or broth.  We DO NOT ever need to buy store ready made, fresh filtered water is my base for all my soups. U only need to add salt to taste when serving. 
Recipe:
Fresh filtered water or bottled water 16 oz
Fresh organic carrots 
Fresh organic leeks
Fresh organic yellow onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
Chop up all ur veggies and add to ur lightly oiled saucepan and sauté for 5 min to soften
add the fresh water and bring to a boil 
Put on lid Summer on low for 10 min
Add fresh cooked chicken sausage if u desire or leave out
