BREAKFAST - hereโs one of my good breakfast bowls, oatmeal with chocolate protein powder topped with apples and cinnamon ๐๐ฝ๐ you can use both milk or water with the oats. So it depends on how you like it ๐ I personally prefer it with milk(soya milk). Delicious and filled with proteins, keeps you full enough until lunch๐๐ฝ #myfitunit
