Just saw that I have 18,000+ photos on my phone! 🙀 • Honestly, a lot of those are selfies. 🤳🏻😆. Life as an online health + wellness coach means that I’m constantly documenting my life— all the crazy, all the fun, the struggles, the triumphs. 🏆 • This past summer I finally had the opportunity to meet other coaches on my team in person while in Indy for our annual summit! 💕Those 2 beautiful women in the center, I had never met before and the one on the right... it had been 10 years since we last saw each other! We shared a hotel room, we ate, we went to events and we laughed together. 😆 • At one point we stopped and realized how similar we all are and how we would have never found each other without coaching. 🤸🏼‍♀️ • I love connecting with other busy women, helping them see their true potential, accomplish their health + fitness goals and become a version of themselves they never thought possible! 💪🏻 • I became a coach to add accountability to my own fitness goals, to inspire and motivate others, and for some extra financial freedom. I never thought the bonds I would make with the other women in this business would be so natural, easy, and powerful. 👯‍♀️ • Coaching is not what I expected. It changed a lot of things in my life but in ways I never imagined. These women get me, they inspire me, they motivate me, they empower me.
