here’s a couple of exercises on the smith machine to murder your legs🏋️♀️
-pulse lunges (x10 on each leg)
-narrow stance pulse squats x10
perform these two exercises at a relatively comfortable weight and repeat 3 times!
you could do this as a warm up for leg day or as a burnout towards the end of the session to target your quads (like i did here) -you will feel it for sure😜😜
