I’m obsessed with progress.

This morning I made it my goal to get better at muscle ups. I performed 30+ in my workout, more than I’ve ever done in one session.

I approached the workout with a focused mindset and a plan, I executed on that plan and I made progress. My hands got banged up, but they’ll heal. 🤙🏻

If you want something, get after it, plant the seeds, make a change, go out and chase it, put in the work.

The mind is such a powerful thing. With the right mindset, you’re capable of way more than you think.
