Blend-
1 tin chic peas 
1/2 large tin sweetcorn 
50g bread 
Mix together with- 
1 tsp garlic
Fresh squeezed lemon 
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp fresh coriander 
Pink salt 
1 small whisked egg
Shape into burgers
