Cried my eyes out tonight after Iyengar Yoga Therapeutics class with Senior Teacher @davidmeloniiyengaryoga. Such a sense of relief to have found my Senior Teacher who understands how to deal with my crazy asymmetrical body and has given me a path to heal on another level I have never experienced before. It has been a long and painful struggle but all of it led me here to Florence Italy. So incredibly grateful and thankful. There will be a blog out of this when it’s all processed.
