Creamy Brussels sprouts

Ingredients:

1.5lbs (24oz) fresh Brussels sprouts
8oz cream cheese
1/2c full fat mayonnaise
3/4c shredded parmesan cheese
1/2c yellow onion, diced
200 gr (7 oz) chicken breast 
To Taste
Salt
Pepper

Instructions:

Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
Wash the Brussels sprouts; remove stems and chop either in half or in thirds depending on size (pieces should be bite-sized).
Dice the onion into small pieces.
Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 40 seconds; add mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, onions, salt and pepper.
Add Brussels sprouts and chicken breast stir gently to combine.
Lightly spray a pie dish (or other shallow baking dish) with non-stick spray. Evenly spread Brussels sprouts mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes uncovered; turn on the broiler for 3 additional minutes to brown the top.
