🌿 YOGA IS A VALUABLE TOOL IN HEALING AND CREATING HEALTH. The special thing about yoga is that it nurtures health and healing on every level.

Physical - it strengthens and stretches our body, amongst many other things. Our muscles need to be stretched every day otherwise they become so tight they cause injuries and create immobility.

Mental - it helps us to slow down our mind and become present in the moment, decreasing stress and anxiety.

Emotional - yoga teaches us to allow. Whatever we’re feeling is OK, and we can feel it, allow it to be there, and make peace with it.

Spiritual - the very act of slowing down, getting present, and dropping our focus down into our body will help us connect with our Spirit. Feeling our Spirit brings a sense of connection and meaning into our everyday lives.

There is a huge library of free yoga videos on YouTube, for all experience levels, with all different types of yoga. Its free, its convenient, anyone can do it! Find a teacher you like, or a type of yoga you like, and go for it! My fave type of yoga is Kundalini yoga and my fave teacher is ‘Yoga With Adrienne.’ What’s yours?🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
