Fried Asian style cauliflower

Fried Asian style cauliflower "wings" with a side of oven-baked fries with caramelized onions and spicy mayo 🍽 As promised the cauliflower "wing" recipe: We cut the cauliflower into medium size florets and coated them in batter and then fried in olive oil. For the batter we mixed together a cup of oat flour (blended up oats), 1/4-1/2 a cup of water, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once the cauliflowers were nice and crispy we tossed them in the sauce. This is where you can be creative and change it up based on your mood! For this recipe in particular we (sautéed garlic, ginger, onions, and chives on medium heat. Once golden brown, we added some liquid aminos, tamari sauce, and maple syrup.) For the buffalo cauliflower "wing" sub we posted on September 29, 2018 we coated in buffalo sauce that we heated up and mixed with sriracha and maple syrup 😋
