First time utilising skipping at end of my workout in a while - forgot how much I enjoyed it! Best way I find is 10-15min of intervals after you finish your workout 💪🏼 - Today’s intervals were 45s work 15s rest x 10 - clearly it’s been a while as I couldn’t get a proper rhythm going.. 🙃
