Still sore from this one. I used 10lb dumbells. Inclined bench. Go up into a V sit and hold for 5 dumbbell Flys. Then down and rest for 5secs. Repeat 5 Times. Take a 30sec Break Then do it again for some serious burn🔥💪🏾Total of 3 Rounds recommended #FlexQueen
