On top of dealing being at the hospital we are dealing with Bella’s communication device that in transit shipped by the USPS from the Post office in Wheaton suppose to be shipped to Wooster Ohio post office to be delivered to Salitillo Corporation in Wooster, Ohio is missing . ( still in transit) . I sent it on the 13th of September and it’s been in transit since the 17th. I’ve been in contact with Salitillo as we have a loaner and the post office that we sent it from. They have searched their post office and not found it and was going to call the Ohio post office to see if they have found it.
This is over a 3,000 device . The cost of it is priceless as it medical necessary and how Bella communicates
It’s in the same box that it was shipped in a white box, a little over 3lbs, and 4 by 5.
The contents are a Nova Chat 10 and 2 chargers
If anyone is connected with @usps_service @usps_world @uspscommunications to help find this device it would be greatly appreciated as this device needs to be repaired in the hands of @saltillo_corporation sister company @prc_prentkeromich so Bella can communicate with the world
