He works with a lot of our teens groups. He knows how to teach them, coach them, and work them in order to get the most out of them in whatever sport they choose.
In our teens program we not only focus on getting them stronger, faster, and more powerful, we also perform a full mobility assessment to see where they are limited and what they need to work on to reduce the risk of injury on and of the ice, court, or field.
