When asked “What is the most important part of well being?” Elle responded...
“Good life balance, for me, is key to my well-being. I know if I take good care of myself, everything else in life will fall into place. That means eating a plant-based, wholefood diet, taking super greens every morning, meditation, exercise and good quality sleep. Throw in a good dose of love and laughter, and I feel my very best. I am a mother first and businesswoman second. Life can get chaotic trying to balance both, but I know if I take a balanced approach and do all of these things, I have the energy to fulfi ll both roles to the very best of my ability. It is my aim every day.”
