19 years vs 22 years... 3 year difference and maybe trained 1 full year out of those 3. The rest of the time I was 255 eating Taco Bell playin with my dogs LOL. Just wanted to post this bc this is probably the same bodyfat % at 176 pounds and 221 pounds.. so do the math. I love what I do, and sorry about the show guys but I got offered a full time personal training job in L.A. so I’m taking a different approach but I have no disappointments about my decisions I’m going to just keep doing what I do and keep workin.. like I said I don’t need trophy’s. I just want to help spread knowledge and provide a service.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
