Video from my very first skydive! Sucks I couldn’t get it to download off the CD to get it full screen but this is better than nothing. Couple of things you can notice in this video... 1. I came off the plane not in an arched position which caused me to start floating up and you can see the instructor shaking me telling me to arch. You’ll see my head pop up looking at the horizon and then I get into an arched position and we become stable. 2. You’ll see me just starting my circle of awareness checking altitude and checking in with my instructors and then doing my practice pulls. 3. I flared just a tad bit early causing a little bit harder landing than usual but I still stood it up and can’t complain about standing up a landing on my first skydive haha. Since my first jump I have completed the whole entire AFF portion which means I can skydive solo but I still need additional jumps/coached jumps until I can get my A license. Hard to believe how much you learn in just a couple jumps! #blueskies #nospeedlimit
