Believe it or not I ONLY drink water! No juice or soda 🚫 occasionally coffee if really needed 😅 •

Drinking water before your workout is critical it fuels you and gets you through the workout. I typically drink around 5 bottles a day (I should be drinking around 8 🤫) water also flushes out your body.. I should be a water advocate 😂🙌🏾
