Out for a landrover ride in a Java forest, close to Bandung. There are many 4WD enthusiasts in Indonesia, often fixing up really old landrovers and jeeps (many imported from the US) to go for 1 or 2 day (camping) trips into the mountains/jungle (in Java it is generally the same thing). While there is a reasonably good long distance road network, asphalted roads do not yet cater to the growing number of people who want to experience nature. For many if the really good waterfalls, canyons (for rafting), mountain/volcano views, you need a car like this...
