Snippets of a bigger meal, to focus on a few of the smaller gems

Verdict: I was a latecomer to the uni fandom and while my friend preferred the Hokkaido (earthier he said), I preferred the Maine uni (least briny tasting and each piece seemed to have more structure). Shishito peppers are one of my favorite things and the light batter complemented the peppers well. Lastly, the rice was quite flavorful and the wagyu was a nice added touch!
